Kenneth A. Goodman, Partner
Ken graduated from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan in 1980 with a B.A. in Economics. He received his J.D. from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, DE in 1994. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with numerous awards including the Wapner Newman Commencement Award for Oral Advocacy in Pro Bono Clinical Programs, the Am Jur Award in Evidence, Products Liability, Corporate Law & Criminal Law, and the Book Award in Advanced Income Tax.
Most recently before joining RKS as a Partner, Ken was a shareholder in the Reading Law Firm of Rowley & Goodman, where he managed over 100 active insurance defense files for two commercial and motor vehicle insurance companies. He took more than 50 civil cases to jury verdicts, and handled motor vehicle negligence, uninsured/underinsured motorist arbitration, defamation, and coverage disputes.
His primary area of practice is Insurance and Personal Injury Litigation. Ken is a member of both the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars.
Ken is a huge Red Sox fan. He lives in Exeter Township with his wife, Debbie, their three sons, and Jessie, his golden retriever, whom he adopted from the Animal Rescue League.
